Maria Walkowska

I was born in Bisztynek in Warmińsko-Mazurski district of Poland but from several years I have been living and working in Toruń, one of the most beautiful city in the world.

I am a graduate of the Nicolas Copernicus University of economic and management studies.
Despite of this I have never like paper work rather than create, design and saw clothes.

My Company is located at Lubicka 40 street, which is one of the most main streets on Toruń. I have been working on this local market from ten years and I have managed to gain many costumers. This is a proof of their satisfaction of my service.

So far I took part in two major competitions Oskary Mody 2006 and New Look Design 2007, thanks to them I had a chance to show my collections during Warsaw Fashion Street.

Undoubtedly my favourite materials are wool, flax and natural silk but despite of them I use different fabrics too.

Summing up, since the beginning I have been sawing only single copies. I strongly believe that the most important thing for my customers is to feel comfortable and beautiful. My favourite thing to do is to create fashion for women who like sexy but elegant clothes. I am deeply convinced that my attribute is perfectionism in preparation of every single piece of clothing.
