Maja Kotecka

Maja Kotecka – the owner of a designer studio ‘Ayenn’, is an alumni of Fashion Academy Kolegium Mody in Akademia Sztuk Pięknych in Łodz, Poland. Her collections were shown in Warsaw Fashion Street 2007 (collection ‘Lady Butterfly’), Jeans Design 2007 (awarded collection ‘Sporty and romantic’), Manufaktura Fashion Week 2006 (graduating collection). In fashion she values simplicity, delicate forms and feminity. She avoids non functional and too extravagant ways. While making her collections she doesn`t only go by current trends, but she is rather determined in making her own ideas work. Very often she is inspired by fabrics and by it`s properties. She describes style of her clothing as finess elegance.
